Hi there, I'm Erica
I'm so glad you've found me
I’m a Clinical Nutritionist, mum and passionate advocate for helping people feel at home in their bodies again. My work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice and a genuine belief that everyone deserves to feel supported on their health journey.
why I do what I do
why I do what I do
why I do what I do
My path into nutrition began long before I ever stepped into a clinic. After years of navigating my own chronic health challenges and feeling dismissed or misunderstood in the medical system, I became determined to create the kind of care I once needed myself.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by symptoms, confused by conflicting advice and unsure where to turn next. That lived experience shapes every part of how I support my clients today. You will always be heard, respected and treated as a whole person, not a list of symptoms.
"That lived experience shapes every part of how I support my clients today."

When I’m not working with clients, I’m travelling around Australia with my daughter. We love exploring new places, meeting incredible people and embracing a slower, more intentional way of living.
This lifestyle influences my approach to nutrition too. I believe health should support your life, not restrict it.
