This brief chat offers you the opportunity to express your health concerns and objectives. I can offer preliminary insights into my approach for these goals, which is grounded in an evidence-based holistic nutritional philosophy aimed at attaining optimal health

1:1 Initial Consultation – 60 mins – $150 – In-person consults by arrangement only

Outcomes from an initial consult:

– Before your first consultation, you’ll have filled out a comprehensive health questionnaire. This will help gather essential information to facilitate a more productive initial consultation.

– A comprehensive assessment of your health concerns, past & current medical history and review of the relevant body systems.

– Comprehensive assessment & analysis of current diet.

– Supplement prescription if required at an extra cost.

– A treatment plan will be developed and emailed to you within 5 business days.

– There may be the need for a referral for further testing at an additional cost, but rest assured this will be discussed.

– Complex cases may require a second initial consultation.

This consult is aimed at those that have had bariatric surgery (any stage) and are seeking help with nutrition moving forward. As part of your consult you will be given my Post Bariatric Surgery Ultimate Eating Guide at no extra cost. * Please note that if your situation is complex with multiple health concerns etc, please book a regular initial consult. This consult is in-person, at Yoga farm 3217.
